From Friday 3rd December 2021 we will be operating under the new traffic light system. For us to be able to open at all times, we can only allow customers that are fully vaccinated in to our studio. You will need to show us your vaccine pass when you arrive. People under the age of 12 years and 3 months are not required to show proof of vaccination.

Our appointments are booked online via our easy to use online booking system!
Please read our booking T&C'S carefully, and then simply book at the touch of a button below:
*The following T&C's apply to all bookings:
1. No-show is a no-no! Please make any amendments or cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment (see below)
2. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running 5 mins late or more, we will likely have to cancel your appointment & fees apply (see below)
3. Eftpos/Credit Card payments are not available. Payment is by bank transfer at our studio
4. A booking deposit is required for most appointments. Please follow the payment instructions we send after booking.
Our booking deposits are fully refundable if you wish to cancel or change your booking providing you give at least 24 hours notice. We will either return the payment to you, or hold it on your account for future use, whichever you prefer!
We base our booking deposits on the time the treatment takes. It is a small fee that covers our minimum staff costs for the time you reserve. This time is held for you and staffing is arranged for your appointment, at your request.
As such deposits are not refundable if you cancel or request a change to the appointment time/day, without at least 24 hours of your appointment. We are unlikely to fill the gap with such little notice, but where possible, we will try to reduce this cost if we are able to fill the time with another booking, or rearrange other clients to minimise the space. This is NOT guaranteed.
We will send an invoice with payment information, and in paying you accept these terms in full and acknowledge that the deposit is forfeit without 24 hours notice of cancellation/changes.
We have reluctantly implemented this policy as no-shows, late-comers & amendments within 24 hrs have a big impact on us and our ability to offer great prices, and are not fair on others who could have had the space. Thank you for your understanding.

The following fees apply:
- No-shows: Loss of deposit OR 50% of treatment price added to your account (if a deposit wasn't paid)
- Cancellations/amendment made within 24 hrs of your appointment: Loss of deposit OR 30% of treatment price added to your account (if a deposit wasn't paid)
- Late-comers: Loss of deposit if we are unable to fit you in due to a following client OR $4 per 5 minute blocks late
